This is a wonderful compliment to berries or as a chilled sauce over hot cooked fruit. The style of yoghurt you use will determine the overall outcome and it’s versatility. You could also serve this as a hot sauce using coconut milk powder blended with hot water.
Try it as a breakfast topping or layered on top of a chia pudding, it also works well as a frosting just make it extra thick.
Recipe: Raw Chocolate Dip
- ½ cup yoghurt of choice (non dairy if required or a thick coconut milk blend)
- 1 tbs raw chocolate powder
- 1 tsp sugar free jam (optional for extra berry flavour)
- Fruit skewers for dipping
Blend all the dip ingredients together until smooth.
Serve with fruit skewers for a fun summer snack.
