These no bake energy balls are so easy to make with our new Energy blend. Roll into balls or slice into bars for a simple energy hit when you are on the go! Our Organic Energy blend is packed with our favourite energy boosting ingredients chia, cacao, maca, baobab and coconut.
Makes approx. 12 balls
- 1 1/2 cups chopped medjool dates
- 1/2 heaped cup almonds (or other nuts of choice)
- 1/4 cup energy blend
- 1/4 cup gojis/mulberries/cranberries (optional)
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until you have a soft and sticky ‘dough’. If too sticky add extra ground nuts. Roll into balls or press into a bar then chill to firm up before slicing.
You could also roll in the energy blend to finish too.
